Activities

If you begin to feel a little restless, there is plenty to do here and it can be arranged locally during your affordable Maldives holidays. Only 20 metres from the shore you’ll find the home reef, a real delight for snorkelling fans. One of the most impressive dive sites in the world is just a boat ride away, making this a paradise for diving enthusiasts. There is diving school nearby, where you can get your PADI Open Water Certificate, and there is also a surfing school on hand. And, as if this is not enough, you can water-ski, play table tennis or beach-volleyball, and go night fishing under the starry skies.

Excursions to other islands are also well worth the effort. Your affordable Maldives accommodation will offer various excursions, including island hopping and a daytrip to the main island of Malé.

Of course, you can always just enjoy doing absolutely nothing at all. Lie in a hammock slung between palm trees and sway gently in the breeze while you sip on a tropical cocktail…..
